Founded by a Black Woman, this practice is a safe space for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) who are seeking mental health services. We provide culturally responsible services as we understand the negative impact of racist and anti-Black ideologies. We operate using a decolonized lens and firmly believe that Black Lives Matter. 

We see the beauty in all familial arrangements and partnerships. We are trained and experienced in providing services to the LBGTQ+ community and gender non-conforming folks. We also honor and respect ones pronouns.   

Founded by a nursing mother and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), this space normalizes breast / chestfeeding. We empower you to embrace your journey and we recognize that lactation can impact mental health. Feel free to pump or nurse your little one within session as needed regardless of their age.  

We recognize that culture shapes ones view of themselves and the world around them. Mental health and culture cannot be separated. We honor all cultures but admit that we do not know everything. You can count on us to listen without judgment so that we can learn more. 

We are non-monogamy and kink affirming.  All relationship structures are welcome in this space.  We also respect sex work and sex workers. We firmly believe that Sex Work is Real Work.  

We recognize that many have experienced some form of trauma during their lifetime. We are trauma informed and recognize that trauma impacts mental health. We have created an emotionally safe space free of judgment where you can process it if you wish.
